Permitted Uses
NYVA Payments is designed for lawful financial transactions including:
- Sending and receiving personal payments
- Cross-border money transfers to family and friends
- Paying for goods and services from legitimate merchants
- Topping up your account balance via approved payment methods
- Withdrawing funds to linked bank accounts
Prohibited Activities
You may not use NYVA Payments for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or violates this Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Illegal Activities
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates anti-money-laundering (AML) laws
- Funding or facilitating any illegal activity
- Transactions involving illegal goods or services (including controlled substances, illegal weapons, or stolen property)
- Violation of economic or trade sanctions imposed by any applicable jurisdiction
Fraud and Deception
- Creating accounts with false or misleading information
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Engaging in phishing, scams, or social engineering attacks
- Filing fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
Platform Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions, limits, or enforcement actions
- Attempting to bypass security measures, verification requirements, or transaction limits
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Services
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform infrastructure
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Services
Harmful Content
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or NYVA Payments staff
- Distributing spam or unsolicited communications through the platform
Enforcement
We reserve the right to take the following actions if we determine that you have violated this Policy:
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily suspending your account
- Permanently terminating your account
- Withholding or freezing funds pending investigation
- Reporting violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Pursuing legal action for damages
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it to us immediately at compliance@nyvapay.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
